Booking and Payment
There is no enrolment fee.
The booking has to be by post or e-mail and gets valid by our confirmation. In order to make a reservation we ask for a 20% non refundable deposit of the courses and Homestay fees.
The remaining part has to be cancelled at last the day the course starts.
Deposits may be made as
- deposit on one of our bank accounts in Chilean Peso or Euro,
- online via PayPal
Payments may be made as
- deposit on one of our bank accounts in Chilean Peso or Euro,
- online via PayPal
- cash in Chilean Pesos
Cancellation of classes and Homestay
Students may change their course up to 10 days before the course starts to another date within 6 months.
In that case an additional fee of 20,000 Chilean Pesos will be charged.
After the 10 days before the course starts we don’t accept changes in the course schedule, such as starting date, shortening the course duration or intensity. Upgrades may be possible if it can be arranged.
For cancellation after the start of the course we will charge the full course fees.
For cancellation after the start of the Homestay we charge the full price of the running week.
There is no refund on classes the students do not attend for reasons which are not the responsibility of the school.
Cancellation of other accommodations.
We can arrange reservations, but the contract is between the hotel, hostel, etc and the student, therefore the cancellation policy of the accommodation is applied. Generally all accommodations charge a no show fee of two nights in case of cancellation.
